Some Leaders may require that participants have equipment in addition to the standard Required Equipment and in addition to the Equipment needed for the Difficulty Rating. A leader may specify Additional Special Equipment, . If so, the leader must post that requirement on the Run Announcement. A Run Leader cannot require a specific make or model of vehicle as Special Equipment.
